"Reimagining Resilience: Sustaining our mission in a changing world" was a 2025 conversation series hosted by Spring designed to help organizations find out.

The series focused on supporting rights and justice organizations to collectively make sense of the unprecedented cuts to foreign aid, changing philanthropic priorities and shrinking civic space—while staying resourced to sustain their missions in the long haul.

Organizations today must stay nimble, collaborative and open to new possibilities in order to weather the shocks to global funding and political landscapes, and maybe even thrive together while building something new.
