I was able to implement changes in my routine, organization, planning, and decision-making to enhance workflow and optimize the distribution of management responsibilities. It's had an impact on the way we can lead the organization, but also on identifying what we're getting right as leaders. Realizing that we are more advanced than we imagined in some areas was very important.

Our coach was so caring. He knew how to push us to explore the reasons for a given situation and helped us search for the solution. This program gives you personal growth in a professional environment, which (in the best way) reflects again on your personal life. Alongside gaining the trust needed and the ability to actually delegate, I also developed goals targeting time management, strategic thinking, choosing where to put my effort and much more. I reached and surpassed these coaching goals.

 

I was surprised by how fast I progressed from being scared to being able to step into my leadership more fully, owning and even enjoying the more challenging aspects of it.
