Join Archana with, artist and scribe Reilly Dow, for a Leap of Leadership session that explores the connections between listening, creativity and leadership.

What if your most audacious ideas are exactly what's needed? 💡

Too often, an inner critic filters our thoughts. It calls our ideas "too much" and stops us from truly listening to the world around us. How do we move beyond that self-doubt or judgement to unleash more imaginative and daring approaches in our leadership?

As we close the door on a tumultuous year and stand on the threshold of a new cycle, we’re offering a space for deep reflection and creative exploration. Consider this an invitation to welcome and nurture all parts of yourself and unleash your inner artist. ✨

Leap of Leadership Nov 2025 - Listen like a scribe

As a professional scribe, Reilly’s work is to translate meaning and make the act of listening visible. She’ll share some of the tools she draws on to do this authentically, and the choices this involves. Together, we’ll have a chance to discuss how these choices show up in our own work. As a leader, what do you name, omit, engage with or transform?

From this powerful interplay between listening and discernment, you can unlock creative ways forward in your leadership that could make space for emergence and collective action. You will leave with tangible practices and frameworks that build your empathy, awareness and creative confidence.

Leadership isn’t just a science—it’s an art. If you would like to play with arts-informed tools to quiet your inner critic, welcome your imagination and build skills for collaborative leadership, join us this November!

Please bring something to write or draw with, either on your computer or physically (like pen and paper).

Meet Reilly

Reilly Dow is a listener, artist, and scribe with over 17 years of international experience. She is the founder and principal of Pinkfish, which creates visual representations of conversations, meetings and events to support group creativity and understanding.

“It takes a certain kind of inner quiet and empathy to begin to hear what people who are very different from me are saying,” she says. “Since we’re so often in a hurry to jump to action or agree on things, we tend to miss a lot of the richness and complexity in what’s actually going on.”

Since 2008, Reilly has supported groups and organizations on four continents, such as the World Resources Institute, United Nations, Presencing Institute, WWF and Fondo Mexicano para la Conservación de la Naturaleza. Her background is in early childhood education and she holds an MA in Interdisciplinary Studies. She has completed advanced training in generative scribing, systems thinking and is a certified Warm Data Labs host. Her work has been featured in publications such as the International Journal for the Creative Arts in Interprofessional Practice (IJCAIP) and Advances in Presencing: Emerging Perspectives (Trifoss Business Press).

Reilly grew up in Canada and lives in Mexico City with her husband and son.
