We'll be joined by Krizna Gomez, a foresight practitioner, systems strategist, "Rogue Whisperer" and recovering human rights lawyer. 😉 You may know her from her work with Dejusticia, Just Labs and—most recently—Rogue Union, a community and training platform founded with Ishtar Lakhani for movement-makers and misfits trying to reimagine and rebuild the world. She's also led her own consultancy in futurism and foresight, working with NGOs, funders and activists to rethink narratives, design thinking and practices.

Meet Krizna
Krizna Gomez is that rare animal in the social change field: a strategy geek and a process wizard rolled into one. She can zoom out to map bold visions and zoom in to fuss over the tiniest details of how people experience a space — because she knows transformation often hides in the details.
A foresight practitioner, systems strategist, and process artist, Krizna helps organizations tackle their most complex questions with clarity, creativity, and courage. She can crack open the toughest intellectual frameworks in the social change field — but her true gift is turning them into accessible, unforgettable ideas.
Her path has spanned continents and disciplines: from human rights lawyer and grassroots organizer to leading the international program at Dejusticia in Bogotá, to running JustLabs, a global sandbox for NGO disruption. Along the way she has coached activists, accompanied organizations of all shapes and sizes, and advised foundations through futures and systems change processes.
Krizna is a certified Foresight Practitioner with the Institute for the Future and the winner of Joseph Jaworski Next Generation Foresight Practitioners Award (Humanitarian Special Award). Learn more about her here.
Archana Deshpande
Archana Deshpande is the host of Leap of Leadership, Spring Co-CEO and a multilingual, creative rights advocate, strategist, facilitator and Integral Master Coach™. She believes major strides towards justice, life-giving societal change and liberation are possible through the cultivation of generosity, presence, strong communities along with intentional actions.
Previously, Archana led the creation and expansion of OpenGlobalRights — a multilingual, global forum that explores human rights policies and strategies as well as managed and conducted research on human rights organizations and public perceptions of human rights in India, Mexico, and Morocco. She has co-authored various publications on the resource mobilization challenges and opportunities for human rights groups in the Global South and is passionate about finding innovative ways to sustain and expand social and climate justice initiatives.
Archana holds a master's degree in International Affairs and is an accredited Integral Master Coach™. She is based in Toronto, Canada, and speaks English, Spanish, French, and Gujarat. She gets her creative juices flowing through dancing with her daughter, painting, and singing.
