Female facilitator, warmly carrying out the in-person activities of the Reimagining Collaboration program
Deepen your facilitation practice, so that you can better support groups to find new pathways through complex challenges.

This program is for you if you have experience leading or facilitating groups and are ready to bring new intentionality and depth to your facilitation practice. You’ll grow as a facilitator and cultivate new practices that will enable you to engage in more transformative ways when guiding group processes.

You’ll leave this program with:
  • An expansive understanding of yourself as a facilitator and new possibilities for growth. Learn to honor your strengths while moving beyond your habitual responses as you expand your awareness and practice, and step into your next chapter as a facilitator.

  • A greater capacity to hold complexity and work creatively with challenging dynamics. Explore new ways of untangling group dynamics, and bring more clarity and groundedness as you support others to work through conflict, tension, ambiguity, and decision-making.

  • More openness, presence, and subtle awareness in your engagement with others. Cultivate your presence and attention as a facilitator, as you expand your ability to sense and respond to what a moment needs while staying open, grounded, and attuned to both yourself and the group.

Is this program offered online or in-person?

The Collaborative Facilitator is in-person (for a 3-day Intensive) with a virtual accompaniment process. High Impact Meetings is offered exclusively online.

Does this program focus on facilitating in-person or virtual processes?

Both! The learning in this program can be applied in-person and online. You will get a firsthand experience of in-person facilitation during the Intensive and of virtual facilitation during the accompaniment sessions.

I’m not sure what program is best for me. What are the differences?

High Impact Meetings is a virtual training for teams or individuals who want to revitalize their meetings and make collaborative work more impactful. Regardless of your role in an organization or group, this is for you if you are looking for new approaches to leading or designing meetings, are curious about your own role in teams and want to learn new strategies for building alignment in groups.

The Transformative Facilitator is an in-person training for individuals who want to deepen their own facilitation practice and are ready to explore their growth and development. This is for you if you are leading or guiding groups already, and you want to stretch beyond your habitual ways of being to embody new practices for working with tension, strong emotions, and multiple perspectives.
