Have more questions?

Click on our most frequently asked questions to learn more about whether this program is for you.

Is this program offered online or in-person?

High Impact Meetings is offered exclusively online. The Collaborative Facilitator is in-person (for a 3-day Intensive) with a virtual accompaniment process.

Does this program focus on virtual meetings?

Yes, though not exclusively. Virtual meeting dynamics are woven throughout the content of the program, and you’ll get a firsthand experience of a vibrant virtual space. However, this program will be relevant and supportive whether you work online, in-person, or hybrid.

I’m not sure what program is best for me. What are the differences?

High Impact Meetings is a virtual training for teams or individuals who want to revitalize their meetings and make collaborative work more impactful. Regardless of your role in an organization or group, this is for you if you are looking for new approaches to leading or designing meetings, are curious about your own role in teams and want to learn new strategies for building alignment in groups.

The Transformative Facilitator is an in-person training for individuals who want to deepen their own facilitation practice and are ready to explore their growth and development. This is for you if you are leading or guiding groups already, and you want to stretch beyond your habitual ways of being to embody new practices for working with tension, strong emotions, and multiple perspectives.
