Kenny is a Haitian-Canadian Integral Master Coach™ and facilitator with over a decade of experience as a facilitator in the public, private, and non-profit sectors, including roles at Citizenship and Immigration Canada and Authentic Montreal. He is passionate about fostering deep, compassionate connections to one’s innate wisdom, to others, and to the more-than-human world.
Kenny has always believed in a more beautiful, just and life-sustaining world, and is convinced that the co-creation of such a world is only possible if more of us are empowered and if the potential and genius of traditionally marginalized people are allowed to shine for the benefit of the collective. This conviction, along with his love of coaching and his devotion to self-awareness and personal development, has made coaching with Spring a dream come true.
At Spring, Kenny is part of the Coaching and Facilitation Programs, and has supported individuals and organizations working for digital rights, access to health, climate justice, gender equality, food justice, and more. His work is influenced by his vast experience with Non-Violent Communication and Authentic Relating Practices.
Kenny lives in Sutton, Canada, and speaks French, English, Spanish and Haitian Creole. He sings, plays guitar and is now learning the piano. He has recently developed a strong interest in the practices of Unified Playfulness, which combine Mindfulness and Playfulness, as a means for personal development and as a form of activism.
Phoebe is a Hong Kong–based Integral Master Coach™ with nearly two decades of experience supporting philanthropic leaders and changemakers across Asia. She is deeply curious about how people navigate cultural complexity and is passionate about helping leaders build sustainable organizational capacity while staying true to themselves and their values.
As former Co-Lead of Fenomenal Funds, Phoebe co-led a significant collaborative fund that supported a global network of women’s funds. Her leadership roles have spanned community funds such as HER Fund, as well as regional and multinational initiatives. Through this work, she has deepened her belief that real transformation happens when we honor both the complexity of our systems and the humanity of the people within them.
Phoebe brings this same bridge-building spirit to her coaching and consulting—supporting leaders as they navigate organizational change while maintaining inner balance and authentic leadership. As a Reiki Master, Phoebe offers an embodied presence in her coaching work, understanding that change unfolds not only in the mind but throughout our whole being. This holistic approach enables her to support clients in finding sustainable ways of leading that honor their energy and wellbeing alongside their ambitions.
Phoebe lives on Hong Kong Island, where she grew up in a family of migrants, and shares her home with Haider, her long-time partner, and Horlick, their beloved 17-year-old cat companion. She loves cooking and sourdough baking. She is currently learning Thai and Indonesian, drawn to the rich cultural tapestries of both countries. Phoebe is fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin, and is an avid student of diverse wisdom traditions across Asia.
Alex is an Integral Master Coach™ and facilitator, a Zen Buddhist monk, and a passionate explorer of the human condition. With roots in both Colombia and Germany, his approach is as diverse as the clients he works with in Latin America, North America, and Europe. He believes that human potential is the world’s greatest untapped resource.
After 20 years in telecommunications and heavy industry, he realized his true passion was human development so he decided to change course. After training as a leadership coach, he co-founded the first Center for Mindfulness at Universidad del Rosario in Bogotá. In 2020, in response to the COVID-19 crisis, he initiated "Mindfulness en la Nube", bringing meditation and well-being to all kinds of people, not just in Colombia but throughout the region.
Alex holds a Master of Business Administration from Duke University and a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering. He’s also a qualified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Teacher from UC San Diego’s Center for Mindfulness and the most important foundation of his work is his ongoing training as a Zen practitioner with Two Arrows Zen in Utah, USA, since 2012.
He is also an incredibly proud husband and father of twin daughters, lives in Bogotá and escapes on his bicycle to recharge when he gets the chance.

RightsCon is an exciting space to strategize about digital futures. A coach can help you think through emergent relationship-building, partnership and funding opportunities, as well as support you in common tensions related to work-life balance, self-confidence, managing conflict, team engagement, delegating effectively and leadership transitions.

Yes! Over the last seven years, Spring has partnered with and supported hundreds of leaders and organizations working on a wide range of digital rights and democracy issues to deepen their leadership and build institutional strength. Spring is a partner for changemakers on paths of transformation. Our leadership coaching, financial resilience and meaningful collaboration programs have supported 8,000+ people from social and climate justice groups in more than 100 countries to accelerate their impact. Our associates and coaches have a history of strong partnerships supporting human rights defenders and many come from rights movements around the world. Learn more about us and our coaching approach.
You’ve got two minutes in a corridor with a potential funder. No slides. No prep. Just you, your work, and a moment of opportunity.
What do you say?
How do you make them remember you and feel moved to act?
For fundraisers and executive directors in the digital rights community, the hardest part is sometimes talking about the work in a way that really connects with potential supporters. We often lead with "heady" data and technical jargon, only to find donors nodding along but failing to engage. The digital rights field runs on data, systems, and technical depth, but funders and supporters (and all humans!) move on emotion, story, and trust.
In this session, we’ll explore why funders don’t always hear what we’re trying to say, and how to shift from information-heavy to connection-driven conversations. We'll dig into why heart-centered communication works, and try on a simple but powerful practice that you can use and integrate into your work right away.
What you’ll gain:
The ability to turn data into stories: Understand why targeting the "heart" and “gut” is more effective than just targeting the "head."
Real-time practice: Practice crafting and delivering your 2-minute "corridor pitch" in a safe environment and get immediate feedback on how to make your mission stick.
Toolkit: Walk away with templates and resources to continue practicing at home and take back to your team.
This session is designed for executive directors, fundraisers, and resource mobilization officers ready to strengthen their fundraising capacity.
