Quickly and efficiently build the materials you need to support your inbound marketing strategy. Drag and drop building blocks including testimonials, forms, calls-to-action, and more.
We know the stakes for social and climate justice work are high. Intersecting crises, anti-rights movements, and funding cuts are all adding to the pressure.
And yet: our meetings drag, tensions linger, partnerships stall.
Powerful, lasting movements are built on how people work together day-in and day-out. To build the collective strength that this moment is calling for, we need to get really good at the daily work of collaboration.
That’s why the Spring team is inviting you to a free pop-up training on June 3.
In this pop-up training we’ll dive into your unique collaboration style, embracing the strengths you bring to the table while getting curious about the areas of growth this reveals. With support, you’ll flip the script on perceived challenges—helping you stretch your facilitation repertoire, so that you can lead with more confidence and adapt your approach to what a group needs in the moment.
For example, are you great at building consensus and weaving together group wisdom but struggle to share your own thoughts and opinions? Or maybe you thrive in collaborations that are dynamic and energizing, but tend to lose focus when things slow down? Every strength reveals it’s own stretch and growth area, or as we like to say ‘creative tension’.
If this makes you curious about your own creative tension join us on June 3 for our pop-up training. Plus, find out more about Spring’s trainings for more effective leadership and collaborations.

He has also worked on the editorial team of OpenGlobalRights, as a fellow with the action-research center Dejusticia (Colombia), as a teacher with the Fulbright Program (Colombia), and as a volunteer at the Corrymeela peace-building community (Northern Ireland).
