On this path, she is interested in supporting and participating in the growth of individuals and collectives through embodying development in service of a fuller life. Márcia is based in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and works as coach, facilitator and consultant for human and organizational development for the non-profit and business sectors. She is a certified Integral Master Coach and Integral Facilitator. She has a degree in Production Engineering from the Polytechnics School of the University of São Paulo and a Masters in Business Administration from FGV – SP. Her personal and professional life is deeply informed by her Zen practice. She lives with her young adult son and two cats.
Ellen Sprenger is a strategist and advocate for social and climate justice and since 2004 the founder and Chief Exploration Officer of Spring Strategies. She is a believer – especially in human potential and our collective ability to solve the problems of our time. She is a curious, energetic and impatient optimist, an espresso enthusiast and avid meditator. Her areas of expertise include multi-actor meeting facilitation, future-scenario development, accompaniment of Civil Society Organizations in building greater financial strength, and executive coaching. Previously, she was the executive director of Mama Cash, a foundation based in Amsterdam, and held several leadership positions at Oxfam-Novib. Ellen holds a Masters in Development Studies, an MBA from Erasmus University, is an Integral Master Coach™ and Certified Integral Facilitator®. She has published about the future of women’s rights, organizational transformation, and global funding trends. She does her most creative work listening to Baroque music. Ellen is from the Netherlands and Canada, and has lived in Tanzania, South Africa and the United States. Her home base is Toronto and KLM seat 12C.
Alex Streubel is a leadership and mindfulness coach. He has over 20 years of business experience as an entrepreneur, manager and consultant. As co-director of the Centre for Mindfulness at Universidad del Rosario, he led the Centre’s creation. Alex is a mechanical engineer educated at Universidad de Los Andes and holds an MBA from Duke University. He trained as a Master Integral Coach at Integral Coaching Canada, as an Integral Facilitator at Ten Directions and as a MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) qualified teacher at the Centre for Mindfulness at the University of California San Diego. He formally studies Soto Zen with his teacher Diane Musho Hamilton Roshi since 2012.
